Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) Program
The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a Federal Housing Program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In order to determine preliminary eligibility, an applicant must supply our office with an application issued by MASSNAHRO, which you can download here: Massachusetts Centralized Waiting List.
The Malden Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is located at 89 Pearl Street for Participants. Applicants must apply through the Tenant Selection Department at 630 Salem Street.
