If your housing unit requires any kind of maintenance, please contact your Development Staff or Maintenance Foreman assigned to your building. In general, the upkeep of your apartment is your responsibility. The repairs to the structure or equipment is our responsibility. If the repairs are due to normal wear and tear, we will take care of the repair. If they are caused by negligence, accident or carelessness on your part, or a member of your household or guest, you will be charged the cost of labor and materials for repairs.
